Everything was good until service after the sale. I had a new 6000 dollar pool installed that the pump don't work. Its been sitting for a week and customer service wanted me to replace it. No idea how to replace a pump. Also I don't feel I shouldn't have to.

Purchased our hot tub a few weeks ago at American sale Merrillville IN.. the price was good delivery went great... Just tried filling it up last night and there is a leak due to a crack in the pump. Called and of course their service guys r done for the day so after pestering them this morning I get a call back finally and am informed that it will be a WEEK before they can send someone out... So I have a leak/ water damage in our newly built hot tub room and we had to drain an almost full hot tub wasting that money! Serious... read more

Got overcharged tonight for a shark chlorine dispenser. Really disappointed. I'll go somewhere else next time.

The worst experience ever. Drove 5.5 hours after getting their in store credit credit which cannot be used online. Had the opportunity and ability to spend a lot of money only to be told that the credit card cannot be used to purchase multiple items. They said I could buy one item for $500.00 or more, which they referred to as a big ticket item, but they could not allow me to buy multiple items which totaled $500.00 or more. We signed a contract in the middle of March to have a Grecian shaped foxx in-ground pool installed. We were told the installation of the pool would take approximately 4 days. Pool was finally installed and filled on June 24th and the process to get there was so frustrating. The inability for anyone to communicate was unbelievable and inexcusable! Once the install was “done” we were leaking an inch of water every 8 hours. After many calls and complaints
