The worst experience ever. Drove 5.5 hours after getting their in store credit credit which cannot be used online. Had the opportunity and ability to spend a lot of money only to be told that the credit card cannot be used to purchase multiple items. They said I could buy one item for $500.00 or more, which they referred to as a big ticket item, but they could not allow me to buy multiple items which totaled $500.00 or more. We signed a contract in the middle of March to have a Grecian shaped foxx in-ground pool installed. We were told the installation of the pool would take approximately 4 days. Pool was finally installed and filled on June 24th and the process to get there was so frustrating. The inability for anyone to communicate was unbelievable and inexcusable! Once the install was “done” we were leaking an inch of water every 8 hours. After many calls and complaints

Update: American Sale made it right by finally honoring the price match. Probably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. We were told they would price match a pool from sears. We go there to get the pool to be told that they won't price match it. Thank you for having us drive there for nothing. Called and spoke with a manager who still refused to honor it even after HIS EMPLOYEE said they would price match. Horrible after service customer service! Multiple calls left nothing returned other than a email saying it is what it is with no concern of resolving the problem!

One time they took a deposit for a pool we never got. Had to fight them until December before getting our deposit back. Now our 10 x 12 gazebo from American Sale is a FAIL. The roof is faulty. Rain water doesn't make it to the grommet drain holes. It pools. We must run outside when it rains, stand under the pooled water and push up to remove the water and prevent further stretching. Hello Donna. We spoke with our Customer Service team and they let us know that they contacted the manufacturer about the issue. Unfortunately, it looks like you are not under warranty for this issue and either will need to get a new top or continue caring for the one you have per instructions in your manual. Soft top gazebos require more maintenance than hard top gazebos due to the fabric. We did try to get the manufacturer to offer some sort of coverage on this, but they would not oblige.
