Went in to discuss pool options (size, cost, types, etc) and stood in the pool section for 30 min and the guy never even looked at us. They have nothing out so you can’t even look yourself. When he finally finished with one couple, he walked right past me without even an acknowledgement to go talk to a family that had just arrived a few min prior. Not sure if it was because I am a woman or what but they definitely will not get my business. Complete waste of time.

Extremely disappointed in our whole experience. We bought a swing set over the phone due to the pandemic. Sales rep got our address wrong and email wrong. But not the credit card we used for a down payment! No one contacted us about finalizing the payment or financing (that was offered during phone sale.) I called to correct both the address and email and still did not receive any of the necessary paperwork. We recently bought a pool here and our sales guy was Jose. I must have asked him a billion questions and he patiently answered them all. Just had the pool delivered and missing filter and ladder. called and was informed right away that they do see it missing and it's back ordered. Hoping to receive it soon and patiently waiting for our phone call to install. Will do business here again!
I’m very irritated. First was told our pool would be installed first week in June. Then found out it wasn’t till the middle of July. Then had it delivered Monday and going to install it tomorrow ourselves and going through all the boxes getting everything ready and there is no filter or pump!! This process has not been easy at all dealing with them!! So now how do I get the filter and pump before tomorrow when we r installing??

Stand behind your products. The patio set is pealing and rusting after only one year. Purchase was made in November and delivered at the end of April. Their warranty apparently started the day of purchase, not the day the set was received. Save yourself the time and money. We thought we purchased a nice set for my mom but we were wrong. Complete garbage. Go to Walmart and you will get better quality.

They sold us a pool, my wife was very excited about it, and then the BS started with a weekly call to push back the install date further, we finally just told them to come get the pool that was never installed, and it still sits in my driveway. they delivered it on June 3 it is Aug 1 now, this has been ridiculous all together!!!!!!

Everything was good until service after the sale. I had a new 6000 dollar pool installed that the pump don't work. Its been sitting for a week and customer service wanted me to replace it. No idea how to replace a pump. Also I don't feel I shouldn't have to.
