I’m very irritated. First was told our pool would be installed first week in June. Then found out it wasn’t till the middle of July. Then had it delivered Monday and going to install it tomorrow ourselves and going through all the boxes getting everything ready and there is no filter or pump!! This process has not been easy at all dealing with them!! So now how do I get the filter and pump before tomorrow when we r installing??

Stand behind your products. The patio set is pealing and rusting after only one year. Purchase was made in November and delivered at the end of April. Their warranty apparently started the day of purchase, not the day the set was received. Save yourself the time and money. We thought we purchased a nice set for my mom but we were wrong. Complete garbage. Go to Walmart and you will get better quality.

We apologize that your items are no longer under warranty and that there isn’t more we could do for you.
They sold us a pool, my wife was very excited about it, and then the BS started with a weekly call to push back the install date further, we finally just told them to come get the pool that was never installed, and it still sits in my driveway. they delivered it on June 3 it is Aug 1 now, this has been ridiculous all together!!!!!!

Purchased our hot tub a few weeks ago at American sale Merrillville IN.. the price was good delivery went great... Just tried filling it up last night and there is a leak due to a crack in the pump. Called and of course their service guys r done for the day so after pestering them this morning I get a call back finally and am informed that it will be a WEEK before they can send someone out... So I have a leak/ water damage in our newly built hot tub room and we had to drain an almost full hot tub wasting that money! Serious... read more
Got overcharged tonight for a shark chlorine dispenser. Really disappointed. I'll go somewhere else next time.
