My experience at this store was wonderful. I purchased a Hot Springs spa. The sales manager, Danielle, couldn't have been more nice, knowledgeable and helpful. She wasn't pushy at all. It's also a very large store and had many spas on display. I look forward to purchasing our pool from this location.

We received exceptional service from Danielle Collins related to our whole crazy pool situation! She expertly explained and guided us through the steps of managing a pool we acquired when we bought a new house! She took her time and did not push us into anything! Absolutely amazing! Brian was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Installation time was a downside. I bought in May and install date wasn’t until end of July. Installers were very knowledgeable, courteous and timely. Overall it was a great experience.
