I dealt with Shane at this location. Was on the hunt for the best deal I could find for a pool and swing set. He worked on it until I was completely satisfied. Shane got me the best deal on both I feel. Even with everything with covid-19 Shane was very professional and helpful. Everything was done with out personnel contact. I'm completely amazed at the professionalism & helpfulness of Ann & Danielle! I've had so many questions about our awesome new hot tub! We bought a Christmas tree 2 years ago after a lot of shopping and went to this American Sales to buy. So we tried to set it up last night, and only half lights up. call today and was advised to bring it in for them to have tech look at it. not even 5 minutes later Danielle said we have a brand new tree . best customer service

Danielle at the Romeoville store is awesome! This woman knows her pools! She is extremely knowledgeable, followed up with us numerous times after our pool install, and keeps us informed. If you want a pool, she's your girl! 5 Stars to Danielle!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at American Sale Romeoville I had gone in just to look and left with the perfect hot tub and gazebo Colton was very helpful with all my questions. I stopped at the American Sale in Orland and no one wanted to wait on me. Thankfully I decided to give them another try but the Romeoville location
