Absolutely amazing service! We bought our Christmas tree a week before the holiday weekend and the tree is beautiful. It was the tree I fell in love with at their retail store for a fraction of the price. The customer service I received on the phone by Leslie continued once I arrived at the outlet location and also involved Bob’s help. I was pleased with the bargaining approach Joe P, exemplified! He first listened to my dilemma & concerns with the deterioration of my existing Hot Tub! He also took note of the type of Hot Tub I had & tried to match me up with something close to what I already had. He wasn’t afraid to then ask his superior to approve my bids to settle on options in the deal, & a final price! When I showed up at the outlet store, both Joe P & his associates treated me with the utmost professionalism!

I visited your store today, I had questions about black algea I explained the problem to Melissa, she took her time and told me just what to do, she even got the chemicals that I needed so I didn't have to look for them.
