Noel helped me greatly when it came to finding the item I needed. I came in looking for a table cover and he was able to pull it up and process my order very quickly.
My wife and I went looking for patio chairs and our guy Brandon hooked us up. We bought four chairs, an umbrella and a matching base. We left happy, we saved money, and we qualified for free shipping! It was a good day. We'll be back.

I usually go to the orland store where customer service seems to not be their strong suit and from now on I will be calling Joe P. at the tinley store. He went above and beyond to fix an issue the orland store made. What a wonderful employee!

Absolutely amazing service! We bought our Christmas tree a week before the holiday weekend and the tree is beautiful. It was the tree I fell in love with at their retail store for a fraction of the price. The customer service I received on the phone by Leslie continued once I arrived at the outlet location and also involved Bob's help.
