They're excellent. They've been very good, very helpful. I would recommend anybody to them.
My representative has been really helpful and personable.
It was a much harder process than I originally thought it was going to be. They did keep in contact with me every month to let me know what was going on. In the end I still have the same if not more debt than I originally started with. I'm just paying someone else.

There were times where I would call customer service and it was very frustrating. One person told me one thing and the next time I called they told me something different.
They explained everything really well and were very helpful.

I would tell anyone with a debt problem to use this service. They have followed through with everything they told me was necessary to deal with my debt problem and it’s been such a relief to not have that hanging over my head anymore. It’s everything they say it is.
I'm not sure yet. Too many calls from creditors to make a determination at this time.
