It has been a smooth program to work through! At first it can be challenging as you get all your docs to Americor buy once that is complete it is a smooth process. Understand your credit score will take a hit but mine is almost recovered after 2 yrs. For me it was worth it to get out of debt.
I have had very limited contact with them, but what I did have was very pleasant and professional.
The portal is very useful and very clear and it's all very straightforward. Every person I've spoken with from the company has always been courteous, polite, efficient and and seems to know what they're doing. You get the best interest rate and reliable company. They should do the settlements a little faster, it takes a really long time and in the meantime, our credit score gets really hit.
I was treated as a person, more than a customer. It was just very personal, a very good experience for what I'm going through. They have been very helpful in explaining exactly what was happening and and where things would go.

The process was so easy and they will do all they can to help.
I expected the process to move along a lot quicker it wasn't explained to me that they were only gonna pay off people over a great length of time I understood they were gonna negotiate right away and they didn't oh well
