I had to go through thee representatives before I got the one that would actually help, some of the other people were inconsistent saying they will call me or get back to me but never did. I waited and I had to keep calling back until I was transferred to someone. The last guy was thorough and got the job done within an hour. Everything is pretty clear, so I do like that.
I feel like your funds should not be taken until they have negotiated and the creditor has agreed cause they may not agree and then you are still left to pay them
