Everyone at Americore has been kind, understanding and patient with me and my questions. There is one exception and that is Monica wuth Credit 9. From the first phone call with me, she was very intimidating and acted as if she wanted nothing to do with me. I almost made the decision not to go with Credit 9. Very professional. The person I worked with was very adamant about their company beig able to help take care of some of the debt that I had and to get me back on track to boost my credit score.
I feel very comfortable talking to them. They are very reassuring and clam. It is very practical.
My experience with the customer service has been has been great. Everything has been very positive. The people I have spoken with have been extremely knowledgeable and patient. I think they are doing a great job. They are giving people hope and that's what we need, especially in this time, hope and to find a company that actually cares about the customers and one that is fast for the customers. I can sleep better now knowing that my financial situation is going to be a lot better than it was a week ago and it gives me a lot of peace of mind.
