Staff was always helpful and knowledgeable
Friendly and courteous personal. They were always there to answer my questions and if they could not answer them right at the time I asked they would find out and get back to me as soon as they had the answer.
The person I talked to was very good about using simple terms and I could easily understand what I was going to be going through and possibilities I was only looking at and I went to the program. I stumbled upon this company and they didn't hassle me, weren't pushy. I appreciate that about him.
They help you in any way they can. The woman I speak to is is really fluent and helpful. They're helping me get out of debt.
The people I spoke with were very professional. I am not an expert on debt relief service but in my experience, this is a good one.

The guy that I dealt with, Jesse, walked me through everything and answered questions, everything was taken care of.
They've been very kind, patient, understanding and I'm older so I don't get a lot of stuff, I don't understand stuff so they've been right there with me explaining.
They need to just give a little more information at the beginning about credit. It took a little longer than I expected but they still did a good job. Everytime that I needed answers or had questions they were right there.
