They were responsive, very informative and gave me everything I needed to know about making an informed decision to use them.
I think they are doing an awesome job. They basically take you by hand and walk you through everything. They help you balance your credit. They got me a settlement in less than two months.
Haven't had much communication BUT it's my fault because Americor would always call when I couldn't talk. Usually when I am at work

I feel like customer service was great. They definitely do what they say they say they can do. Honestly, I feel like they were a bit pricey but they got the job done, but it definitely was not cheap to get done.
