When it came to me saving more money they could have worked harder when negociating. I essentially ended up taking the credit 9 loan and bareley saving any money

Felt better after talking to the representative. I was hoping they would take care of the medical bills and they didn’t and I was disappointed but they reassured me.
The representative that I spoke with was courteous, he explained himself very well and he also explain my options for the plan that I chose.
They explained everything in detail what I need to know for my contract.
Americor's customer service was on top of everything at all times.
I think overall Americor has been very professional and courteous with me, and have gone above and beyond to answer questions and provide useful information. The reason I am rating them a 4 instead of a 5 has more to do with the whole industry and process of debt consolidation, because I feel like I had to really press and ask difficult questions to get the full picture.
