Americor is suppose to be working for me.Instead they want to settle for any amount as long as it's lower than the usual debt so they can say they saved me money.Instead of listing to my reason for not wanting to settle for a higher amount.I have been with several companies and I guess they are as good as some are!
I was hoping to wait on this but no one is getting back to me. Good times are way to long, one time after waiting 20 min on hold the recording came on and said “sorry we are closed” I just want to talk to a person!!!
This can cost more than paying off your creditors. You get months of late fees and when an account is settled its for the amount you owed before the late charges were added so it is no savings. Also it is not explained that they take more in their fees than they pay your creditors every month. It is also not clearly explained you have to pay taxes on what is written off from your creditors. The fees for this program monthly are not worth it.
Whomever I spoke to at 3:58pm central December 1st, was a horrible experience. His name was Al, he wasn’t able to answer my valid questions and then was downright rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor so I could get my questions answered that he was not able to answer, he said there was no supervisor and no one else I could speak to. My experience good until I experienced this today. After my experience today, it felt like a scripted call center with no knowledge
llAll they have done so far is ruin my credit and have my creditors call me and harass me. I'm wondering if I made the right choice.
Have not heard one thing from them since I signed up. I have canceled per their request the bill they a re paying off so I hope they will be paying this as they said
Terrible company! Nothings explained, you never can get on the app to check nothing, they contact you CONSTANTLY, they don't help with majority of debts, and after 48 months you only save like less than 10% of your debt! So saving a couple of thousand, with me only $1600, you still have to do alot of fixing yourself for the stuff they can't do! So why do I pay them all those fees...obviously not to save money! This company helps with negotiating however keeps you in debt by making small payments to creditors to keep you in the program longer to make money off the interest of the loans. When you call to inquire about specific questions you get the same questions and they say a manager is never available to help. They waited to negotiate my last card to get me to proceed with their credit9 program which did pay off the remaining 2 loans and that is when they negotiated my last card but then I was set into a new loan contract for 30 ... read more
