The representative they spoke to me or listen to anything I say she has her own viewpoint of everything. I told her I was not computer literate she told me I must be. I’ll get somebody in my family to help me out. I told her I was the only child and working alone, and I didn’t have anybody to help me, but she insisted on doing things her way and did not help me at all. I was very disappointing and I still am and I don’t know what to do. I was trying to submit another dip, but she would not listen to me at all.
my score dropped to low that when we negotiated a loan with Credit 9 the loan was possessed at a cray high interest rate. REDICULOUSE
i found americor very decieving they make it look like a loan at first give you amounts and payment plans that you think your applying for once you get involved in program to make long story short i felt i was applying for a loan and it turned out to be americor debt settlement company.
Mislead by Americor from the start. Tried reducing debt and monthly payments, now thanks to Americor and Credit 9, my credit dropped 150 pts, and with their loan that I feel forced to take, I now owe more than what I started with. Don't know how they get away with this scam
Work on paying off my credit. Still having issues that they can't find all my information to close out some accounts
I still have debt and accounts still in . I thought was in the total debt process. From the beginning I was told that it would take some time I been in the program for 14 months. I’m paying into it but my credit score is not getting better yet . Americor is not reporting my payments. I was told after 6months I would be offered a line of credit to pay off remaining debt. That has not happened yet . I’m optimistic about the future outcome since my credit was impacted during COVID-19
I thought it would had fix my credit by now almost a year and is still real bad
Don’t use Americor! They don’t followup timely. You don’t receive callbacks when ask to speak with a supervisor. Customer service is declining!
They scheduled a call at11:30. Didn’t call me until almost 11:45 and kept me on hold for over 10 minutes, when I hung up!
