Americor has not reached out to my creditors I'm getting multiple calls daily
Since signing up with them, I have had no contact with them at all. I feel they are taking my money for not providing quality service .
I have not been able to complete my welcome call due to the inconvenience of having to sit on hold for 20 minutes even when scheduled for an appointment.
I like nothing so far. It’s been 5 months and none of my accounts have received any communication from Americor. I also have received no communication but when I do call then myself they ask me to contribute more money. That’s all they want is more money. Meanwhile my credit has been destroyed and I’m fielding constant calls from creditors.
I still get calls and unauthorized transactions on my bank account. It's sound like no matter what Americor says and does, collectors still try to get your money.
they don't call you when they say they will
I feel like I was lied to. I was told that when the agreement was made with creditors and paid off, the credit bureau would report as "Paid off" but they actually report that it was at a lower amount. This is not my understanding.
they don't tell you you will be sued by creditors. Then they don't handle the lawsuit
Only thing for me personally is that i am very new to this stuff and when i spoke with the sales rep he assured me i would get phone calls on updates and i have only had one phone call and i had to call first. I have a hard time remembering to do stuff and I liked the idea of weekly calls
