They wernt honest about how negatively this process would affect my credit
Would not work with my financial situation and did not give me my full refund
No communication, asked over and over , was told could text anytime and no response . Tried calling in and it take an hour to talk to someone
They wouldn't reschedule my first payment due so I had to cancel
They could be more straight up with customers, that's all I can say. Get all the fine line to see what the company is all about. I was told that I had to contact the people myself through the portal or write letters to them to stop, that's not right that's not how it was explained. They should send statements because you never know where you stand with them.
Customer service is always available when I contact them but they didn’t do one thing right.
Misleading from the start. Would have saved us about 600 but was going to cost 1000 for the service so 400 more than our debt.
The consolidation process totally ruined my credit. I'm typically currently in a place where I cannot make any financial decisions.
