When I was first introduced to the program I felt like there was good customer service at that time, but while being part of the program I felt like the customer service kind of declined from that. Not very professional the lady had any attitude when we said we wanted another day to think about the loan process.
It's nerve racking and scary not knowing the true progress of the situations.
Have not receive any payments to the creditor
Because I keep getting late charges to this day when my accounts should have been paid off now! Since Credit one paid them off!
You wait too long to contact my creditors
I was not aware that we would face actual legal action. We were served papers and went to court numerous times and the judge did not care that we were in a debt resolution program. My credit is the same and I'm done with the program. I would have rather figured out my debt on my own if i knew I'd have legal court cases on my record now. Not worth what they claim to fix.
The program was not explained correctly. I am not in default with any accounts and actually don't have horrible credit. Americor was going to ruin everything I have worked on in the past 12 months
It was confusing at first. We didn't like the fact it took so long to negotiate the claims. I would have like it more if there could have been calls made for negotiations then come up with a total then started the payments.
