I've been to quite a few pet hospitals in the Bay Area and this is a fantastic one. I've taken my two kitties here and received excellent care. The staff are extremely kind and professional, the doctors are knowledgeable and willing to answer my stream of questions, plus, I can see their commitment to helping my babies! I will continue taking them here for the foreseeable future!

I don't usually leave reviews but I had such a great experience at ACH, I just had to share.. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in, the front desk was so friendly and I loved how clean and colorful it was compared to other clinics I've been to. From trimming my once-stray cat's nails to removing a cancerous mass from my dog's leg, they've been truly wonderful through it all! ACH has been taking care of our two doggies with such professionalism and love for 3 years now. Throughout all the real as well as false emergencies, the ACH team has been there by our side with compassion and expertise. We are truly thankful for your understanding and services to our doggies, and to their human parents!
We knew we were looking for a new vet for our dog, and after calling around to several local recommended vets, I decided on ACH. We also brought home our new rescue puppy on Friday night and by Sunday morning he wasn't keeping anything down and was getting lethargic. They answered the phone before they were even open and got me a first appointment of the day. ACH has been cleaning my dogs teeth for years and recently diagnosed and is treating his heart condition, they've drastically improved his well-being . The facility is welcoming, clean and well maintained, Dr Nakamura and my vet tech Alwin were both competent, kind and professional. Grateful for their service and have spread their clinics name to my family . Overall this is where I will continue to get care for all of my fur babies!

Came here when my little baby had an emergency and needed to be seen ASAP. Let me just say how AMAZING Christine was, she talked me through everything and made me feel so much better when explaining that my pup was going to be okay. The whole staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. I just adopted a kitty and will be taking her here to get her first exam. This place is awesome i really recommend taking your fur babies here instead of some huge corporate vet that only cares about getting your $$$$
The staffs and Dr.Nakamura were amazing. We were initially nervous about our dog having surgery for a stone removal due to his age and heart condition. However, they put our worries to ease. The staffs and Dr. Nakamura walked us through everything and answered all of our questions. We really appreciate Dr. Nakamura and her staff for getting us in so quickly to get this done. Our dog has been recovering well and has more energy than he did before. We will definitely come back again.

I'm just updating my review to emphasize how much the staff and doctors genuinely care about our furry babies. When my babygirl passed away, they were so compassionate. They called me the next day just to check on me and make sure I was okay. Then a few weeks later, I got a hand made card in the mail signed by the whole staff, with my baby's nose print and paw print. Just super sweet and thoughtful. They really do care and the staff is so good with all my pets. Please don't change anything you're doing ACH! Love you guys.
