Dr. Nakamura and the entire staff went above and beyond for my pet to receive his international health certificate. I have NEVER had any vet in my 8 years in California assist us the way this hospital has. I have used numerous vets for travel, but from here on out I will be returning for all travel and vet needs. We deeply appreciate you all at the hospital.

Amazing staff, super friendly, efficient, they follow up after each visit, easy to schedule and most importantly, Dr. Nakamura has been amazing! She has helped us navigate my 13 year old cat congestive heart failure diagnosis which almost took him about 3 months ago. With her guidance and care, he is back to being his normal happy self and is recovering as much as this disease allows. She answered every single question and concern we had and explains every test result in detail.

From the first moment of contact with ACH, I made a note of who was so helpful (Fiona!) and had a great impression and feeling about the clinic. We were recommended ACH by a former vet hospital who couldn't accommodate us soon enough for a USDA endorsed health certificate for international travel. They were very thorough up front, during the appointment, and afterward as I was extremely anxious about the timing of the certificate for entry to the EU. We brought our geriatric dog to ACH when he suddenly could not walk. Dr. Nakamura accommodated our drop in visit at the end of the day on the weekend. She was very professional, compassionate, and competent. All of the vet techs and staff were very attentive, caring, and supportive. Thank you ACH for all that you do for families and their beloved pets.

I've been taking my cats here for years and all the staff are wonderful, super kind and friendly. Dr Maag and Dr Nakamura are fantastic and genuinely care about their clients and all the fur babies! We recently had an incredible experience for an emergency appointment for our dog Cruz. From the moment we walked in, the staff made both us and Cruz feel comfortable and welcomed. Staff is great here and the place is very clean. They do recommend $100 fee that will be deducted from your bill.

Quite pricey but I think vet costs have gone up everywhere. I love that they can always make me an appointment for the same day or the next day. It's easy to get in quick, which is very helpful. The vets and vet techs are very nice and friendly with the animals. I always bring my pets here for their routine vet visits. I'm glad I found this place when I moved to the area. I once had an emergency and they were very honest and referred me to an emergency vet that was the most affordable. Great place to take your pet.
