After going to several of vets. Hands down the best animal hospital I have ever gone to! Merlinda and her team always take good care of Master Roshi whenever we are there. We love the positive vibe atmosphere and professionalism. Keep up the great work!

This post is long overdue but this animal hospital deserve this post. In 2021, my favorite little guy cross the rainbow bridge and this animal hospital was very accommodating and sympathetic. My dog was diagnosed with a rare fungal infection in his nasal cavity 5 yrs prior and on his final day I had to make the hard decision of putting him down. This hospital is a hidden gem of the east bay! My first visit here I was greeted kindly by the front desk, brought into a room, quickly taken care of by a tech named alwin who was very friendly and professional. Dr Nakamura answered all my questions and was very sweet with my dogs despite them being intimidating to others. Their prices are affordable compared to other vets in Walnut Creek and my dogs really enjoy the atmosphere here. The absolute best animal care. Christine the front end supervisor went so far above and beyond when we brought my daughters 13 yr old cat in to help her cross the rainbow Bridge. The care and compassion they had for Layla, and extended that to us was just unbelievable. If you ever find yourself in our position, please know that this is the right place to bring your pet.

Came in recently with our elderly husky Blaze. I can't say enough good things about this place. I would give more stars if I could. Everyone was incredible from the staff at the front desk, to the technicians, to Dr. Grag. Everyone showed a genuine interest in Blaze and his well being and that makes all the difference. Over the past 20 years, I've bounced around to 5-6 different vet clinics looking for the magical place where they are kind, gentle, knowledgeable, don't leave me/my dog waiting for hours in the lobby, and have both wellness and same/next day emergency appointments available. My dog Honey had swelling and discomfort from a foxtail getting stuck in her eye, I called every vet in my area and wasn't able to get an immediate appointment. I called ACH and they were able to get me in the same day for an emergency appointment. When we came in for our appointment, before I could even sit down they were ready for us, we were taken back immediately and serviced within the next 10 minutes.
