decent hours and good location. all of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. they are all very nice and patient to my jojo even though he is a stinky butt meany guy to them sometimes :) thank you ACH always

We have been bringing our dog to ACH Walnut Creek since we adopted her from a rescue group last year. They have been very kind and accommodating with her needs. They are open on the weekends so it makes it a bit easier to get her in if we need a last minute appointment. All of the staff are very nice and are very patient with our dog who was very skittish at first, but all of the staff's kindness and respect eventually won her over. I would definitely recommend ACH Walnut Creek for any of your pet's needs.

I absolutely love this vet. My partner and I have been taking our fur baby here for the last year and a half after adopting her. Madame Leota is a little timid and nervous when being introduced to new places. This hospital has been very accommodating towards her. Alwin, Husky, and Jordyn are the best Vet Techs I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and caring for Leota. As well as Dr Nakamura and Dr Thurm are amazing I highly recommend taking your pet here for any health needs.

Absolutely great! The facility was cleaned and well maintained. Every staff member was pleasant. We made an appointment for the following day that we called and did not have to wait upon arrival. Great facility!

They're always really gentle and caring of my pitty. She gets nervous and anxious during vet visits but the staff here handles it so well. They're patient and kind. Highly recommend.

I just got back from my appointment with Doctor Nakamura. I cannot even express how wonderful she was with my little dog Enzo. I called on a Sunday afternoon and they got me an appointment a few hours later. I arrived at the office thinking my little dog needed surgery and she said he did not. I am so thankful to the wonderful tech who was so kind and gentle and to the front desk manager Christine who made the appointment for me. If you are looking for a trustworthy pet hospital, look no further!!

I recently had an emergency with my 10 year only dog (child) who was experiencing a lot of pain. I was referred to this hospital from my primary vet, who was booked. We were seen right away on an emergency visit, every person from the from the front desk, to the techs, to the vet treated us with the utmost care, respect and understanding.
