Was pleased with how friendly everyone was. They get down to the dogs level which is different but much appreciated. Got us in quickly too.

This was my first time taking my 13 year old cat, Bobby, to this hospital. The entire staff was incredible, and I have never had such outstanding care with a vet. I had gone to two other vets in the past few weeks when Bobby was having urinary tract issues, and neither were able to diagnose anything in relation to UT health. He just kept getting worse and worse. When we visited the WC Animal Hospital, Dr. Madden suspected a kidney/UT infection based on his evaluation/labs, and sent us off with a care plan that day. We starting taking our cat Fion to Animal Care Hospital of Walnut Creek a couple of years ago, and they have been excellent. Everyone is helpful and friendly even though they are are super busy and we always have lots of questions. Thank you for taking care of our cat!

I've been bringing my pitbull Ruby to Animal Care Hospital of Walnut Creek for 2 years, and they've been amazing. Veterinary technician Alwin and Dr. Madden are great at explaining issues and treatment plans, and they're so kind and patient with Ruby. The front desk staff is super friendly, and their services are faster and more affordable than other clinics in the area. Highly recommend them for top-notch pet care!

My nervous little Chihuahua mix did very well here. All staff were extremely kind and gentle with her and provided positive encouragement. I never felt pressured into anything I wasn't in agreement with. We will be back for sure!

Merlinda is the manager of this place and is a great example for the rest of the employees because she works extra hard. Everybody feels like a VIP just being around her. You feel safe leaving your pet with them. I have a little Maltese. He is a sweetheart, but he's also a handful and she always welcomes him with the warmest welcome and takes excellent care of him.
