My dog Honey had swelling and discomfort from a foxtail getting stuck in her eye, I called every vet in my area and wasn't able to get an immediate appointment. I called ACH and they were able to get me in the same day for an emergency appointment. When we came in for our appointment, before I could even sit down they were ready for us, we were taken back immediately and serviced within the next 10 minutes. We had a really good first visit to ACH after super frustrating care at another facility. We got time and personal attention from everyone on the staff and our kitty received excellent care.

Hands down the BEST animal hospital I have ever gone to! Our dog Lola had an accident that left her with cuts around her eye and need to remove two of her teeth. I called 20+ clinics in the Bay Area and the soonest I could get an appointment was two weeks out, some places as many as 8 weeks. Love ACH! They are always so friendly and welcoming. Very thorough and answer all my questions. My pup always gets nervous going but they are so sweet and gentle with him.

Started taking my dogs to this wonderful veterinary hospital in December 2022 and they are terrific. I was able to get my dogs in whenever I needed and my dogs were very sick. Two have gone over the rainbow bridge since our first time there and they were compassionate, caring and gentle through the process. They even sent cards of sympathy for our losses and each associate wrote their condolences on each card. I love this place. I still have two dogs at home and this is where I will bring them.

Called as an emergency for my 5 week old kitten . They got us in right away and took care of her immediately . They are very fair with their prices and you can tell they aren't there for the money . Will definitely be returning for my pets routine care

This place was great. We took our dog in for emergency care, the treated him but unfortunately our Stitch didnt make it. The staff made this difficult time as best as they could, my husband and young daughter raved about all the staff and their service. We went to pick up our Stitch and my daughter was excited they made a token to remember our dog that she could put in her room. The whole process was very sudden & difficult but this place & staff made it bearable.

I wanted to take a few minutes to write again, about the amazing Veterinary Company in Walnut Creek, called "Animal Care Hospital of Walnut Creek," (aka: ACH) who has been in my life since August, 2021 as a new vet to care for my fur-babies when I transfered them from their original Berkeley, CA Vet. I have had two young female puppies since March, 2022, who are different breeds and 7 & 1/2 months apart in age.
