I took my 6 year old Japanese Akita here for allergies & I volunteer with an Akita rescue & we brought in an emergency situation with one of orphan Akita's & they were amazing in both cases. They are warm & friendly & reasonably priced. Thanks so much for all y'all do! From Sam & Bear

I see why this Vet has 5 star overall reviews. By far, the best vet I've worked with. I just brought my dog in today for the first time and the experience was great. Everyone from the front desk, the tech, to the Dr was very helpful and informative. I was going to All Bay Veterinary in Concord prior and let's just say I'm glad I found ACH.

Love how reasonably priced they are. They also have appointment later in the evening and are super responsive to calls. I have had a few emergencies with my 16 year old dog and they have been so responsive and attentive. I had been using a different vet hospital for the last 10 years but couldn't get an appointment, not even for urgent matters but this place heard my desperation and worked my dog into their schedule and for that I will be forever grateful.

I love this place! I live a bit far ( uc ) but the drive is absolutely worth it. I've taken Nala here twice so far. The techs, Merlinda, and Dr. Nakamura have been more than kind to me and Nala. And as she is getting older sometimes unfortunate things happen and then it snowballs into more unfortunate scenarios but they're so great at getting us in so she can be seen and taken care of. We appreciate you all !

You won't find a better vet. They have taken excellent care of my senior dog. They are responsibly priced and affordable care is everything when it comes to our fur babies...! I can't thanks them enough!

This Vet is very impressive. I was looking to establish new care for my dog and after a neighbor's recommendation and good reviews, I reached out to this clinic. They actually responded to my email the same day on a Sunday and I was able to have my dog seen the very next day and had a full blood panel completed the following day all before my previous vet even responded to my message! Safe to say this is my new vet! The staff is wonderful and the location is serene. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I am remiss in writing this as our care with ACH was a few months ago, but better late than never. We had a very sad day when our little kitty Rosie was not doing well at all. She had some really unfortunate congenital illnesses that we knew would shorten the span of her life but we were determined to give it the best go and her the best life we could....though the time came where we had to make a really hard decision and help her cross the rainbow bridge. This review is so long overdue and I wish I could give this team one hundred stars! We found Dr. Nakamura and Christine almost two years ago when our King 's tumor was getting progressively worse. From our first interaction, it was nothing but kindness, empathy, care and concern shown. They did their best to accommodate us every time we called. I recently moved back to the Bay after a few years away, and now have cats that needed a new vet. The reviews for ACH were good, so I made an appointment for Hothorne, who's had some upper respiratory issues recently. The location is really nice and peaceful, the facility has been set up with care, and the staff is very friendly.
