I love our new found vet! And the peeps at ACH are wonderful! We had to switch vets because our former vet made major changes which were not good for us or our fur kids. After doing some research we chose ACH and we are glad we did. Their scheduling is super convenient as they are open 7 days a week!!! We have never had an issue with getting an appointment even in an emergency, as they will always squeeze you in. The staff are friendly and are also caring with the animals. We've been going to Dr. Yuka Nakamura since our dog child was a puppy and have been with ACH since they first opened. We always have an amazing experience and everyone is so friendly and professional. Not only do we trust Dr. Nakamura, our dog child Ninja does too!

Love this place! We've had nothing but wonderful experiences w/ Dr. Yuka Nakamura. We've gone to ACH multiple times. Dr. Nakamura is very caring. My akita is not the easiest dog to handle because he's not friendly, and she does an amazing job handling him confidently. The staff is also helpful and friendly.

I had a very wonderful experience at this animal care hospital. I was lucky enough to find this place in my time of need, as I was experiencing a major pet emergency. The staff I interacted with were able to assist me with their expertise and animal health/care experience. I knew my pet was in great hands and I valued the communication I was given every step of the way!

Took my two older dogs to this Vet Hospital for their shots and just for a simple check-up. One of my dogs had a small nose cut that caused her nose to bleed and wouldn't heal properly so they recommended stitches. The crew here helped us with everything we needed on our last minute emergency with our fur baby they made us and our dog feel comfortable and cared about. While other vets cared more about the bill they were worried about getting us in and making our dog feel better right away. These are the most empathetic group of people I've met,I would recommend this vet over any other vet for regular check ups and last minute emergencies! Everyone in there was extremely attentive from the call to the surgery.Thank you so much

My dog had an accident (he swallowed something) and I was panicking trying to find somewhere to bring him. I called every ER around and no one had any availability for 8+ hrs. I finally came across Animal Care Hospital of Walnut Creek who asked questions about the situation and told me to come over, they would find a way to have him seen quickly.
