This clinic will not change the front desk hens nor their attitudes and scary looks. The owner must like the way they treat their customers or they would have been gone a long time ago. With years and years of negative stories and complaints the staff feeds on their customers feeling embarrased or angry or scared. There must be something in their outside of work lives that make them so miserable to treat people the way they do. This place takes care of my kitties, but their quality of care could be better. They act like they have better things to do. The women that work the front desk are definitely C U Next Tuesdays. I have never been to a vet that wouldn't let you drop your pet off and pick them up later, but not them.

This is the lowest grade veterinary service provider in the metroplex. We took our 10 year old female long haired Dachshund in for her annual shots on Friday, September 5th, and 4 hours later she collapsed and died. Called the owner of this ridiculous place and he had no explanation or remorse. I asked him to refund the $133 dollars he charged us to kill our dog and he said "we put the medicine in there, so we get paid" STAY AWAY!!

So I've been bringing my dogs here for as long as I can remember(my mom was always bringing the pets in for shots because it was so inexpensive) For a while my friend worked here as a vet tech, an while the front office was always very VERY rude and the doctors never really answered any of my questions I kept bringing my baby back because I knew my friend would take care of him(and generally make me and my doggy feel better) (Sadly my friend had to move away.) I'm never going back. The front desk was very rude and the veterinarian was too scared to touch our puppy when she was in great pain because she was crying. They told us that she would be fine within 24 hours. It's been two days and her symptoms are back.

We took our dog there becaue of the cheap cost but $170 dollars and very rude front desk later they still could not tell us what was wrong and told us that he would need to be reffered to a specialist. The doctor was very nice and helpful but the front desk staff is TERRIBLE. My boyfriend went up there before 5 to pick up medication, he had just talked to the doctor who said they would stay open until 5:30 for medication. First and foremost, count yourself out of $55 as soon as you walk in the door for an "EXAM FEE". If they don't charge you this fee, count yourself very lucky & take your companion to Petsmart and spoil them. PROS + Quick service + Cheap/affordable service (with one exception...see below) CONS ATTITUDE ATTITUDE ATTITUDE As everyone says.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. This place needs to be shut down immediately! The staff is completely rude and the vets are in too much of a rush to get you in and out. I brought my dog here last March because she was having trouble walking. So, the female vet put her on Rimadyl without having done any blood work. Once she began her medicine she began acting lost and confused. She just wasn't "here" anymore. We took her off the Rimadyl and called the vet and were told that it could just be her adjusting to the medicine and to not worry about it too much. ... read more

I took my 6 month old male puppy to get neutered Monday Sept 9. My husband picked him up and everything seemed normal. Later last night he collapsed, CPR didn't work. We rushed him to the emergency vet but no luck. I called the vet this morning to find out what happened. I asked about trying make it right meaning reimbursements of costs and emergency clinic.
