I've previously had terrible experiences with this vet place. I set up an appointment and had it confirmed and it was originally scheduled for a month after that day. I confirmed the day before just to be notified they had no appointment for my guinea pig nor had they had ANY information on my pet. I then scheduled another appointment which took another month. Hi Enara, I am so sorry about the phones, we are working on it, but our phone system is set up for unlimited inbound calls, which means my 4 receptionists are overwhelmed with the calls coming in. Trust me, we are frustrated about it as well. If you will try to get through and leave a message for the hospital manager, me, I will personally call you back and get you into the surgery schedule. Made an appointment for 2:00. Checked in at 1:56 and called to make sure we were on the list. STILL no call back. Left and I'll find a vet that actually cares. Worst service.

I am SO sorry about this. We have had periodic days where the phones just will not stop ringing and we are doing our very best to keep up. This pandemic has affected the way everyone has to do business now and we don't always get it perfect. Please call the clinic and ask for the office manager and I will see if there is something we can do to make up for this misstep on our end.
Not sure why they even make appointments. Made an appt for 12:30. Arrived at 12:20. Called and checked in per instructions and an hour later I'm still waiting. I have watched 4 other people pull in, be seen and leave. They were either late or early for their appointments. Make them wait not me. Call and it goes to voicemail. Completely disorganized. Tried to get my baby in on my lunch break and couldn't wait anymore. Have to find another vet. Thanks for making my dog suffer another day and wasting both of our time.

So disappointed in this clinic. My cat needed xrays and blood work due to him spraining his paw over the weekend. I called AHEAD of time to schedule an appt. The receptionist was super nice and helpful and I made her well aware of the situation advising her my cat will need to be sedated and she said no problem the dr will make the choice of which sedation to use at the time of the visit. I took my dog because he has recently been showing signs of allergies on his skin, dry scabs and what not. I was charged 200+ dollars for " ticks and flea " I have seen one tick on my dog since he was a puppy, they didn't even diagnose medication for allergies or anything, I will never be going to this vet ever again, I had to self diagnose my dog and buy all kinds of medication on Amazon to make him feel better.
6 weeks ago my 8 year old boxer was diagnosed with terminal lymphoma. Yesterday, my family and I came to the agonizing decision to end his suffering. Over the past 9 years I have used Animal Clinic of Farmers Branch for low cost vaccinations for both of my dogs and if any an issues come up over the weekend since they are open half the day on Saturdays. I'm giving these stars not for the clinic but for one of the veterinarians that examined my dog. I came in today because my dog has very bad skin allergies and has scabs around her body caused by seasonal allergies because she's had them before and was diagnosed with that. anyways I told Dr beaur about what was going on and she asked what medicine I was giving her and I couldn't think of the name from the top of my head so I told her an otc seasonal allergy pill and she said "what is that I don't know what that is, what does... read more
I guess if your animal is healthy and just needs routine shots it's ok and reasonably priced. When your animal gets sick they are incapable of providing care. They would not return my calls and when I showed up with my animal I was told they could not help me.

If I could do zero star's I would! I have went to this clinic for several years with no problem until recently- I don't know if staff has changed or what. I had a family member go there and feel like the service had declined but I went there still. Myself and my pup were treated poorly.
