We've used this clinic for a while, and have had one too many negative experiences. Today was the last straw. I brought our dog in because he has had a wide variety of symptoms, including skin lesions, and has been acting extremely agitated. He is clearly in pain. Basically made me get rid of my dog and almost was the cause of her death. Took my basset in for 3 shots a day later found out she was parvo positive. I'm not a vet but I think shots should be given with a calm attitude and in different places and not all in one spot. So long story short this is a dirty place with not a very welcoming experience. You get what you pay for. I recommend going to a cleaner place where they actually talk to you and your dog nicely. P.s if the people here hate their job don't put your mad face on ... read more

Have only visited this clinic once, and that was enough for me. Long story short, my sweet pup started showing signs of PARVO when she was 4 months old. I called FB Animal Clinic and asked if we could have her tested and treated. They said yes and told me the guidelines. After being tested she was positive and required treatment to try and fight through the illness (she ended up fighting through!!!) The care here is minimal at best, include that with the rude as can be receptionist and you get a customer looking elsewhere for dog care.

We've been taking all of our family furbabies here for over 10 years now and I continued to go back because of the prices, really affordable/cheap. However, one of the front desk receptionists is absolutely horrible!! She's really condescending and impatient via phone. We scheduled my shih tzu for spaying and tumor removal two months in advance, but when I called to confirm the date she told me that it was never manually scheduled (by her) in their "book." Worst phone/customer service experience I've ever had. Receptionist was cold and cruel throughout the entire conversation. I grew up taking my animals to this clinic and when my French bulldog needed healthcare this was the first place I considered taking her. I held this vet to such a high standard that I hung up the phone shocked at how I was treated a moment ago. I have been taking our dogs to this clinic for many years and have never had any issues with the Veterinarians or their assistants. I've always enjoyed the service they have provided and have no complaints there. I, like many of their other clients, know that it will be busy, the staff will be overwhelmed, so just wait in line, be kind and courteous to everyone. Front desk could be ALOT NICER. but whatever, i went to take my dog to get her vaccinations. The doctor came in injected her AND LEFT MY DOG BLEEDING with blood pouring out of her leg. I had to ask if they were going to leave her like that or wrap the bandages which she then apologized and put a bandage on my dog, but if i would not have said anything they would have left my dog like that. EDIT 8/16/15: This clinic staff is unprofessional. We pulled business from there after they failed to diagnose and properly treat a dog with bloat and botched the euthanasia of my greyhound. The vet was incredibly rude during the hardest moments of my life. I had to make the hard decision to have my dog pass peacefully and chose to euthanize him to put him out of his pain.
