I had the same experience today as the last reviewer. We need to put our Dachshund down due to several health issues. I called to get information about having her cremated. The lady I spoke with was rude, unhelpful and completely put-out by my questions. I was so flustered that I forgot to ask about the cost. I called back, was immediately put on hold and left there for over 5 minutes before I hung up. I called in today to ask questions regarding new patient vaccinations for my cat. The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and simply " put out" in answering my questions. Definitely NOT heading to this place.

So... Obviously reading the reviews.. The common theme is the staff could use some lessons in customer service. No point in my kicking the same dead horse. I have used these guys for several years, but it doesn't take long to figure out that no one really gives a crap. I have been taking my dogs here for a while and for most part it has been great. Regular checkups, shots, minor problems, etc. Nothing too complicated has been done with them and their prices are affordable and they are open Saturdays which is a plus plus. But this past experience has changed my opinion. I brought my dog in for a check up Tuesday because she was bleeding from her mouth and I had no idea what had happened since she escaped my home (she dug a hole under the fence and left). PLEASE READ & NEVER GO HERE FOR "DR.BEAR". I've gone here for my animals for YEARS with little to no problems and have a wonderful, loving staff except for this past visit. I recently took my dog to get her hotspots under control (not the first visit to go in with hotspots) and get some medicine for her continuous itching. NORMALLY, they would shave her with no problem clean up the wound and give her medicine &send us on our way. They inured my kitty. They insisted on using gas on her every appointment. they shaved her to explore a tumor and charged for grooming. RUDE beyond belief. SO MANY OTHER good, reasonable vets that care about you and your pet, stay away from this place.

The staff here are EXTREMELY RUDE. I have never been treated so poorly by the front desk at a vets office in my life. We will be taking our 3 dogs elsewhere...
I need to verify if they have changed owners. I was in there yesterday and the entire staff, Doctors included, have walked out. I have used them for decades. Have the staff and Doctors moved to another location?
Worst customer service ever. Called to get a refill for my dogs allergies, told me to hold and never came back on the phone. Thirty minutes later on the phone hearing all of their conversations it was evident they forgot about me. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were in the back trying to look something up I decided to go ahead and drive up there.
