Get directionsMonday our 9month old Silver Lab Airie was in pain with a previous injury to his front left leg. He would not stop wining and we couldn't relieve him. So we took him to AEH Byron Center. We were greeted at the door and given a couple options to consider. They brought him in the back and we were asked to fill out the registration using the mobile check-in. Normally this is done before you go to the Hospital, but we didn't get turned away. They really wanted to help. Airie was examined and given a good pain killer so ... read more
Brought my cat in late on a weeknight due to urinary blockage. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with an emergency vet visit. Sign in was easy on my phone from the parking lot. The people were amazing as always!!
Charlie is feeling better and on the road to recovery. Thank you for caring for my sweet girl.
Excellent! My Bruno was very loved for 48 hrs.
Very kind and courteous staff that kept us very well informed of everything going on, giving us several calls. We are so happy we took our girl in. She is no longer in pain and a happy cat again.
I had to take my 11 month old Boxer in for emergency surgery on a Saturday. The entire staff was very kind and considerate, and they kept me well informed over her two day visit. Discharge went very well, and Dr. Leonard was thoughtful, patient, and took excellent care of our puppy.
I had to bring my sweet Charlie boy in due to a urinary blockage. They got started on him right away as he was on critical condition. They kept in contact with me about his care and when I would text to ask how he was doing they got back to me as soon as they could. Thank you for saving my sweet boy's life!!!
We ended needing to put my cat down. The staff were all very nice and respectful during the process. Gave me time to discuss options w my family. They understood how hard it was for us. Highly recommend.
