Took my daughter in for a well check appointment and to get her age 11 vaccinations. First visit to Arbor and I was pleasantly surprised. The front office staff were friendly and efficient and my daughter saw NP Cindy Besch who was ex excellent. NP Besch was extremely caring and she has a great disposition with children. She made my daughter feel at ease and although scared of needles, things went smoothly thanks to Cindy. NP Besch is definitely my favorite medical practitioner! I took my granddaughter in for an emergency appt and the staff was wonderful and very helpful even with a short notice sick apt. Nice to know she's in good hands! I appreciated the time the Dr took with her and the office in updating her records. The Dr had a student nurse shadowing him and it was nice to see the way he explained and was thorough working with her as well.
My daughters have been seeing Avondale location for about 3 years now , I have never had an issue with them . Physicians and MA's have always been amazing , it's definitely a busy office so wait times are normal like any other dr office . Lots of entitled Karens in the reviews not realizing how much busier any medical office has been the last two years. I recommend MVP kids care to all parents
This place is absolutely amazing from front to back office and the doctors everyone always working efficiently and fast to make sure all patients are satisfied!!! To the bottom review miss pandemic is over when did that happen if anything the pandemic is getting worse no matter what office you go to there are going to be some ups and downs that you are not going to like but if wearing a mask is your issue then you should stay your happy ass at home because they're going to be mandated again and we are going back in lockdown ... read more
I recently took my children in to get their first Covid vaccine. I took them on a Saturday and was so pleased to see the energy and hope that was provided during that visit. From meeting us outside with balloons and streamers, to smiling faces inside. It really helped the kiddos feel as they were part of some thing big, special and exciting. Dr shulsky is an amazing doctor and we love him but the wait times at this office are unbearable. Don't come here unless you have 2 or more hours to spare. Way too many occasions on where our wait has been absolutely insane here.
My My son has a circumcision scheduled this week. When I received the confirmation call from Liz I had a few questions that she didn't know the answers for but she took her time and found the answers. She didn't give me attitude for keeping her on the phone longer and was professional for the whole call. Thank you for helping me and going above and beyond to find the answers instead of transferring me to someone else.
Omg where do I start well my oldest is now 25 and about 5months prgos and has already grabbed her new born packet from MVP. Her first Doctor was Dr. Broughton oh and at her first well visit Dr.Wells. 25 years ago wow.... I have been with this practice since my first son was born almost 7 years ago! I now bring both of my boys and we absolutely love this place. All the providers that we have seen are so good with my kids. Scheduling is great and when one of my boys is sick we get a quick call back from a nurse. I highly recommend this place.
