Nice place, always clean. Nice outside areas to relax and private outside area in memory care. Activities throughout the day in memory care and personal care. Pet therapy and music therapy. Happy hour on Thursdays with live music in the lobby. Staff is very friendly. As with any facility, some aides go above and beyond and treat your loved one like their own. Others are not as passionate about their work. And that’s why I gave 4.5 stars instead of 5.

I have recommended Arbor Terrace to others already. [name removed] is fabulous. Their food service staff is so very personal. It was what was needed for our folks at the time.

Arbor Terrace Willistown was recommended by a home nurse, our neighbor who is a physical therapist, several CCH ER nurses and the Coatesville VA Medical Center. The staff knew my loved one's names almost immediately and everyone was so very helpful as we moved them into their unit. The meals are terrific and the kitchen makes a special ice cream sundae for my loved one. The housekeeping could use a bit of improvement, as I've needed to take trash out several times. We loved the Arbor Terrace Willistown community. They treated my father with a lot of kindness. The community was kept clean and the meals they prepared for the residents was good. Based on the experience we had with the community, we would recommend them to others.

My mother is currently a resident at Arbor Terrace Willistown. Our experience at this facility has been great! The care from the staff is the number one reason that I feel comfortable having my mother live here. The cleanliness, friendliness, and meals are also great. This facility truly is one of a kind. I have recommended this facility to several of my friends for their parents/spouses already and will continue to do so!
Overall, I have been pleased with the experience. We picked this community because of the price, and location. I would recommend to other families.
