Just visited Mom and she loves Arbor Terrace! A few things I really like most about the community are that the Staff is friendly, caring knowledgeable. Facility is beautiful and clean. Activities are great.

The community is absolutely phenomenal! Friendly staff, all wear name tags. LOTS of activities! Good food choices, clean facility, PT and OT on site. We visited 6 facilities and Arbor Terrace was the best by far

We checked out five different places before we decided on Arbor Terrace. All of the facilities looked really good except one, but that one had the best community. ( [facility removed]Senior Living). Arbor terrace had the best combination of community and facilities of all. And after almost 2 months, my wife has really settled in. She has friends and there are activities to keep her busy. A bit too much sugar in the diet, especially for those with borderline diabetes. Staff not alerting family when increased edema in extremities. Beside these, staff have been excellent, kind, clean and caring. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far

Communication is excellent! The staff is familiar with the residents and their families and are always pleasant and involved. I would absolutely recommend Arbor Terrace Willistown to others looking for care for a loved one.

Nice place, always clean. Nice outside areas to relax and private outside area in memory care. Activities throughout the day in memory care and personal care. Pet therapy and music therapy. Happy hour on Thursdays with live music in the lobby. Staff is very friendly. As with any facility, some aides go above and beyond and treat your loved one like their own. Others are not as passionate about their work. And that’s why I gave 4.5 stars instead of 5.

Arbor Terrace Willistown was recommended by a home nurse, our neighbor who is a physical therapist, several CCH ER nurses and the Coatesville VA Medical Center. The staff knew my loved one's names almost immediately and everyone was so very helpful as we moved them into their unit. The meals are terrific and the kitchen makes a special ice cream sundae for my loved one. The housekeeping could use a bit of improvement, as I've needed to take trash out several times.
