Property upkeep has significantly deteriorated. Resident portal is not user friendly, contains incorrect information, and it does not promote interaction between residents. Overall complex atmosphere has deteriorated and would be considered mediocre at best.
Can never get a live person on the phone and when I leave a message the call isn’t returned.
Off course I will share about this place only from good sides, because it’s really best place, but you should to know that your maintenance crew working very bad, many times we spoke about flooding in patio zone, ugly bath painted, electrical issues with washer and dryer,. Every week when I visiting office I met new employees there, I don’t want to understand why it’s found like that but I should to explain my problems every time to different peoples, I think it’s not right
To start I always pay my rent about a week early. On May 30th I dropped off my rent check and today on June 6th I was given a $200 penalty notice saying I had not paid. I have the statement and the check number. WHERE IS MY CHECK?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No one answers the phone or answers messages left. I have had to go in late to work to walk into the office and ask to speak with the manager to get anything done.
Air conditioning was not fixed for 2 days when it was 85 degrees outside.
The staff at the office are unfriendly and I have some problems in my apartment they never fix it!
With this new management, there seem to be alot more added fees to base rent.
You can't ever get anybody on the phone when you have an issue if you go to the office there's only one person working and usually six people wait you need more staff and you need to get better organized places gone downhill since you took it over from Bella Vista
