Purchased a Caitbrook dresser from this location. Item came damaged from the box and the drawer handles came so tight that it was impossible to remove the screws without either damaging the drawer or stripping the screws.

I understand that everyone is worried to their death about this virus that cdc said has an estimated survival rate of 99.75 and mostly is a danger to the very elderly and sick, but your store is discriminating big time. Per the mayor order which many think is illegal anyway, he allows exemption for under 5 and medically unable to wear a mask. ashely furniture is discriminating against both of these exemptions. I hope corporate can see this and change this very bad policy.

My husband and I are really disappointed with the Ashley Furniture store at this location. Back in November (2019) we purchased a rocking chair for our newborn's nursery. Like most furniture stores the sales reps somewhat follow you around the store and ask if you need help - and try their best to get you to buy something. Which is fine - I understand that's their job. Ashley Home Furniture in Salt Lake Went in at 3:00 or 4:00pm on 08/24/19. No one greeted us, or even acknowledged us. All the sales people were sitting on the couches on their phones. We noticed a white family come in and right away the sales people were like "hello, can we help you?" Is it because we're not white? With several unexpected delays, it is taking more than 3 months to get a bed frame shipped to us. Seriously there is no excuse for that kind of poor service.

Disappointed in my salesman Hommie. He just wants to make the sale but doesnt follow through. Forgot to place the order for my friends mattress for the bedroom set she purchased. So when the bed frame came. She had no mattress. He forgot to set up delivery. On top of that I ordered a storage table. It was not in stock, he said he had to order it and when it arrives he will call and I can come pick it up. Three weeks pass and no call. I called them to inquire about several pieces of furniture but they did not have in stock, but they offered online. This purchase ended up being over $5,600. I initially called and asked to speak with a sales person that was helping us the day prior who was off. The person on the phone said they would get back to me, that they would look into my inquiry. We bought a complete set back in July and wanted to return it because it was to bulky in our home. Kept calling and got so many different people with different answers. I was so irritated that no one could give me a straight answer. Finally, spoke to someone in Customer Care, I think Chris who helped me. Ordered an area rug and waited for three weeks for the rug to come in. When we finally went down to pick it up at the C.S. Wo customer pick up site, the two girls sitting in the office were sitting and talking to each other and I was not even greeted. They told me to wait by the dock with my trunk ready and that's what I did for 20 minutes.
