They have great furniture at reasonable prices. I did get a bit annoyed with the sales stalking. Nothing new, going to these type of places. I would recommend though

This is an updated review. This review is to show how well Ashley furniture reacts when a situation goes bad. Often when things go bad, company's forget about the customer. I'm satisfied with Ashley's efforts to resolve the problems we had. Enough to raise my original 1-star to a 3-star for an overall experience - based solely on how they handled the problems. Upon receiving my previous review, the Ashley furniture team swiftly contacted me to remedy the situation. Their sincere effort at communication and honest approach about mistakes has restored my faith in their company. I was informed that Ashley is covering all costs (as I was originally told) and that I am receiving a $100 gift card as well. Mahalo Ashley furniture for making things right.

Awesome! Found me some great furniture for my new living room here! I have been searching all over the place for quality showroom style furniture with decent prices, and this place takes the cake! Location: Right next to the Target in Aiea, this place is tucked away in the back streets. Plenty of free parking. The large pick-up dock is located down the street and to the left of the gallery. I always go here to compare the NEX/PX, nothing compares to AAFES but when you buy sets its a deal here in Hawaii. It is also more updated than the NEX. A good thing is the sales people dont follow you around and hound you to buy.

Different styles of furniture and prices are reasonable. Servicing was good once we asked for assistance. Wouldve given the place 5 stars if the old guy in the glasses acknowledged us in the first place, but oh well. See Duane (sp?) he was very helpful!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has completely failed to meet its contractual obligations, and the customer service experience has been nothing short of frustrating. From the beginning, I found myself having to chase them down just to get basic updates or answers. Promises were made--none of which were kept without repeated follow-up on my part. I am just so sick of this place. Seems like every piece I get from them is a low-budget counterfeit version of a legitimate piece of furniture. $3000 Lazyboy couch had unsealed compartments within the body that will host colonies of bugs. Near impossible to eradicate and seal off. Worst piece of furniture I ever bought. Will never buy Lazyboy again. Not the worst, but definitely not the best place to buy furniture. In the past year, I've purchased two pieces from this location. The selection of furniture here is great - I really like the Redknot selection as they tend to be more unique looking. The quality of the furniture is also great.
