I am extremely impressed by the customer service exhibited by Ashley. First of all I want to thank our sales Rep Frank Blas!! He was very attentive to our needs and helpful!! After a long day of searching, we were done. We tried one last store, Ashley Furniture. We walked in 30 mins before closing. Most employees would roll their eyes, sigh in anger and annoyance, but not Bert. He greeted us with a genuine smile, offered his help, and then backed away so we could look without being hassled. The sales experience in-store was good. Bertrand had moments of near pushiness but overall was helpful and professional. Competitive prices, good selection. He was able to extend a discount for purchasing multiple items. If I remember correctly delivery is $100 flat rate. Definitely recommend.
Came here in the beginning of the month (July 2015) to pick up a couch. I immediately fell in love with the couch set by the front door. Took me 10 minutes to find an available sale associate and immediately told them what I wanted. I wish I remember our sales associates name. She was very helpful. We went ahead and purchased a coffee table, end tables, throw rug and lamps to complete our living room set. Bertrand was the best sales manager ever! He was very helpful & accomodated our every need with professionalism. Ronnah in the warehouse was also a big contributing factor in our decision to purchase our furniture as he volunteered to help transport our furniture for us along with Bertrand. We needed our dresser asap & they came through to make that happen. Come & visit them for over the top service!
Would like to commend Sales Manager Bertrand Quinsaat for the excellent customer service I was provided. It is not everyday someone takes pride in their work or ability. Not going to lie, this is a great place with a wide range of selection. However, I was looking to get 2 sets of bunkbeds that were $500 each with $140 delivery. Found the same thing online brand new for $315 each and free shipping. Be sure to look online first before you decide on your purchases
