Great selection and reasonable prices. The staff is very helpful, but allow you to roam and take your time. Jason was terrific in helping me pick out furniture and beds for my house in Kauai. I'd definitely recommend Ashley's
The staff here was very friendly.( yes, i know they must be they work on commission! ) but thats how they should be. People. Not just driving for another buck but genuinely trying to get exactly what you need. My experience here was some of the best customer service ive seen here on the island.
Sales rep Ashlie provided excellent service! She went beyond my expectations to make sure I got the bar stools I wanted. I was able to get them that day instead of having to wait. Thanks!
I was looking from some nightstands and was immediately greeted by the sales manager Isaac. We told him what exactly we were looking for and he help us look at all the selections. He even took us to their clearance section to see if their were any deals there. He let us take a tour of the entire store to show us the great selection. We like two nightstands but had to think about. We told him we would let him know what we decide. He said it was alright. He was not pushy but helpful and knowledgable . Ashley in Salt Lake does a really good job overall in my opinion. We have always had a great experience with the sales rep and the scheduling of our furniture delivery. I guess that's why my wife keeps buying from them. We have always had an excellent experience with their delivery team. It doesn't hurt that we live pretty close to their store so either we are the first or last of the run. I do think that if they upgrade their computer software they could complete the sales transaction faster. It does take them a whil... read more

Isaac offered great customer service and helped our friend find exactly what he was looking for. Thanks Isaac for staying patient, helpful and always providing great service! Great experience at the store on Malaai St. Linda Nakata is the best. Engaged and not pushy, very pleasant to work with. Delivery went as explained and flawless. Follow up about delivery just few hours later.
What a long day! I took my parents shopping for a couple couches and we ended up going to about 4 or 5 places. We were helped by a younger man that wasn't pushy, like the other places, and showed us a lot of different options. He narrowed down the choices by asking us questions and was very honest with his responses regarding certain couches (positive or negative). We came here looking for a new dining table. The one we found was perfect. A high table with barstool hight chairs. We couldn't pick it up until today because the warehouse was closed the day we made the purchase. Putting the table and chairs together was a chore. Seventeen allen wrench screws per chair and eight for the table. It took a while to get it together and it came out really nice. The salesman we dealt with were really friendly and professional.
