I bought a couch from this location 2 years ago. It was very pricey for the size of the small sectional but I still went with it. After less than a year of sitting on it it began to make my back sink in. In not a good way. Anywho my rating is for the store. The couch would receive a 3 in my opinion for cost and semi wear as far as posture goes. Here's why the store itself is rated a 5. We came here looking for a coffee table and TV stand and purchased a TV stand for $599. We saw a couple coffee tables we wanted to also add, but we were told that that the ones that we liked only came as a three-piece set, which is the only reason why I dropped a star. Jason Matsumoto helped us and was friendly. He wasn't overly pushy. Whenever I go to the Ward location, it feels like vultures are waiting at the front for their prey, so it nice not to feel like that at this location. I disliked Ashley furniture before because of the awful customer service. Lots of sales people on the floor, but no one approached me until after I approached someone one after being there for about an hour. There must've been at least 10 sales people, and I think they all assumed someone else was helping me. I noticed they were either sitting or looking on the computer, with not much customers in the store. None of them even greeted or said a simple "hello" which made me feel uncomfortable being in the store. Was hoping store offered better discounts due to the holiday but Cirilo was able to hook us up. Very friendly and helpful. Surprised to see a big sales team hanging around but that was due to the ID4 holiday. Bigger showroom than the one in town but they offer the same furniture.
Bought a pretty decent couch here! Motorized, comfy, and a good size, prices are a little high but, but I'm looking forward to our new couch.
Today I took my mom to purchase furniture for her new apartment at the Malaai street store. We found that the furniture items at Ashley were of good quality, well designed and prices were reasonable. Best of all were their employees, Cirilo (Ci), Rose ( Piilani), Chelsea and Brandy. All four employees were professional, helpful and kind. So my husband and I went in to look for a couch and dresser and we walked out with a steal of a deal they were having a 1599 sale for 14 piece sets on select items. So we found a couch and love seat that we loved didn't have enough room for both in our cottage we asked if we could have the recliner that matched instead our sales lady LoAnn was awesome and said we could.
