Amazing staff. They make you feel comfortable and treat you like family.
Awful place with people that truly don’t care about their patients. Wouldn’t ever come back
Aspen Dental. Two crowns in the last few years. One broke almost right away and was replaced, other one decided to fall out while I was eating a Kraft single, broken one was under warranty. Second one just outside of warranty. They charged me over $100 to take a quick X-ray I guess to confirm it fell out? Then 30 seconds with the dentist to tell me I needed a new one. RecommendedI mean it could be worse. I went in with no insurance for my “FREE” exam/consult because I had a tooth that was throbbing for about 8 weeks. I chose this place because I really just don’t want any natural teeth any longer, so I was looking to get full dentures. They performed their exams which included X-rays, hygienist prodding, and dentist review. They gave me options of which neither I can afford, but that’s not their problem it’s mine. they screw you over..tell you that you need all this work done but u get smart and realize there is no way ...so u go to another dentist and wouldnt you know it..the quote they gave you of 5000 dollars comes down to 1800 because you dont need all the work they said. then you ask for your xrays and not 1 time but 2 times they give you someone elses..they dont realize the hippa laws..then the area manager calls you to find out your story and they themselves who work for aspen hear your story and say to you i wouldnt go back ei... read more

I appreciate the friendliness of the office staff, they are always warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, the treatment process has been a nightmare. I paid to have immediates but was unable to receive due to the tech going against the recommendation of the dentist attempting to fix an overbite. I was a week and a half in before I received uppers that fit and appeared normal. They still do not match the wax try-in I signed off on.
