I changed dentist because of insurance coverage changed with a new job.went in for the first visit and the dentist told me I had periodontal issues with my gums,never before I had that and it would cost 3100 dollars to fix it.i said to the lady at the desk before my visit I bet you they go to the extreme and suprise they did.i went back to my original dentist and payed out of my own pocket and they said nothing wrong.so pissed and would never recommend this place 😡😡😡

I haven’t been to this dental office in about 2 years but after finding a new dentist and experiencing outstanding service that I didn’t know existed.. Aspen Dental is the bottom of the barrel. Hygienist always pushy with sales, charge extra for cleaning that you don’t know about, and on top of that rude. Dentist was rude as well, wanted you in and out. Worst ever. They kept telling me I had gingivitis and needed special cleaning with special paste and mouth wash and then proceeded to tell me I have a cavity and the only way to fix it is to eat a root canal. Also, all payment was due up front and they won’t let you leave until you pay them. Looked around for a new dentist, found one and asked aspen to send over all my records and X-rays and they never did, jus seemed to refuse because I was going to a new dentist. Absolutely horrible! I have severe pain in my tooth after a cavity filling a month ago. I can't chew on that side of my mouth or brush that tooth. The office managers were rude and dismissive. I moved out of green bay after finishing my military service and was trying to get my tooth fixed at the Madison location. One lady told me it should be no problem and she'll give me a call back the next day. 1 week later no response, when I called back they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and treated me horribly. ... read more

My wife and I went for an exam and xrays and were both told we had periodontal disease and that she had 14 cavities and I had 3 and then they shoved us with a financial manager and told us to do the work it would be like 3000 something for me and 8000 something for her and then they were trying to see if we could and when we wanted to do this and pay for this, so then they talked us into buying two 130 some dollar electric brushes and a spacial 30 some dollar toothpaste and signed us up for care credit which is basically a c... read more

When they took xrays for my daughter they made her throw up twice without giving her a break. My husband specifically asked that my daughter had a female dentist, that didn't happen. My daughter has major gaps and tmj didn't explain to her how a orthodontists would benefit her. I asked about her wisdom teeth, because from previous dentist she has 1. Well I asked did she have any coming thru yet, if so which way is it growing in. And the male dentist said they come in from the age of 18-21. Then we had to pay on our balance.... read more

In the beginning they were friendly and I felt OK. It is like a revolving door. Different hygienest,different doctor. I am looking elsewhere now. They are very expensive and will send you elsewhere for an opinion but still charge you to open your mouth.
