I went to get work done before my heart surgery.. They recommended me to go get teeth cleaned at a periodontics, and then oral surgeon to get teeth pulled.. WTHeck!!! I called oral surgeon and asked if I had to get teeth cleaned 1st, and of course no was the answer.. I am not sure what they even do at the clinic.. Don't pull teeth, Don't do periodontics.. This was the worst place I have ever been. I had some major work done and it was my choice at first, but the dentist never even met me before the procedure (extraction of my four front teeth) to discuss a real treatment plan and smart options. And then it got way worse from there. They left a piece of temporary crown in between two of my teeth that they had to drill out for 45 minutes with the water drill with extremely sensitive teeth. STAY AWAY! I wish I had read all these reviews before I went to the Green Bay office. The customer service was aweful and the financing is a joke! The hygienist was gental and very easy to work with, but she did not explain the work she was going to do or the after care very well. Overall, I hated the experience and will never go back!!! That was a $2000 mistake I will never make again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Should of read the reviews before scheduling an appointment here. My wife booked an appointment to have a procedure done because it was in her network. They had to schedule the appointment for two different days for the type of procedure she had. The first day was fine. The 2nd day they cancelled on her, after she took two separate days of vacation to have this work done. Every time I go to the Green Bay office I have to wait . This time I had to wait after my appointment for something. Sat there for 1/2 an hour and there was only one person at the front counter and she was very busy. Always short staffed.

Stay away from this office unless you have a money tree in your backyard. In the summer of 2017 I had a broken tooth & decided to find a new dentist. My local dentist is close to retirement & since we camp in Michigan during the summer I went to the Aspen Dental office in Marquette, MI with the intention of going to Green Bay Aspen when we are home. So I originally went to Aspen Dental because they advertised free new patient exams and xrays. During my appointment, I informed the dentist and hygienist of my anxiety with dentists and while the hygienist was compassionate, the dentist was most definitely not and after I left and went home to think about it, I then decided to go elsewhere. My appointment was in March and suddenly in the mail I get a bill from them! What happened to the free new patient exams and xrays? So now they want me to pay the bill...thanks Aspen Den... read more
