I wish I could rate it lower than one star. I've waited weeks with a toothache, my appointment was today. I get there and they tell me my appointment had been canceled, that I didn't call back with verbal confirmation a week prior to my appointment. I told the receptionist that yes, I had called back that very same day. She said I could reschedule my appointment. Total rip off! I was charged $500 for services I never had done. What's worse is that the manager will not speak with me or return my call about it. Do not go there! They will have you fill out a care credit card and charge whatever they want to it. I now have to pay it regardless and they do not care less. All I had done was a check up, cleaning, which were covered and bought an electric toothbrush package for $80. Never will I go there again and I will certainly share this with everyone!
Despite what their commercial says, they operate on a very for-profit model. As another reviewer has already said, they pushed an expensive Oral B tooth brush and other sponsored products on me without even asking or telling me they weren't covered under insurance. Ridiculous. Do not go here because they clearly care more about money than taking care of your mouth.
I'm having a hard time writing a review. The treatment I got originally was awesome. I've seen great service from Ciara and Roz at my least cleaning. My problem is how they keep trying to force the highly expensive Oral B electric toothbrush machine at me. I have pending credits and till I know how much not willing to spend that additional money. Poor customer service.. after our dentist retired I called to ask questions on transferrinf to this dentist. After sounding frustrated with my questions she asked me to hold and released my call. Needless to say I will not be scheduling our new appts here.
I drove from Milwaukee to make a Friday afternoon appointment and was 5 minutes late. They told me they couldn't do the two fillings I had scheduled. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Do not come to this dental office if you want good service. The staff is young and act like middle schoolers. The dentists and hygienists rotate in and out so you don't even know who is going to be working in your mouth. It's a bad situation.
Asked me to come in early and made me and my child wait almost 35 minutes to be seen. Miscalculated our insurance, resulting in a large credit on our account that I was told months ago would be refunded, but has not been. Not worth the hassle.
