Had a wonderful experience here at this location. I am pregnant and they were very accommodating with my pregnancy. Everyone was respectful and friendly, and everything was communicated clearly: financial-wise & procedure(s). The cost to be seen was very affordable & getting an appointment was quick and easy process online. Thank you/shoutout to Jamie for being such a welcoming and kind person to me walking-in & out of the office AND over the phone!
Having bad experiences with dentists in the Marine Corps, I always dreaded going to the dentist. Finding this place was a pleasant change. Great staff, highly recommended!
When I called the office, Andrea was able to schedule an appointment well within my expectations. After a great cleaning and consultation, I scheduled having some dental work done. In just a few days later I found myself in a dental chair with elevated blood pressure and sweating in anticipation of a nasty numbing shot. I was Amazed when Dr Shah said I was done....... It was almost painless !!!! I would come back in a minute and are totally relaxed in Angela and Malvika's care.
My experience was just fine. Fast, friendly, competent service. I travel for work, and have been to another Aspen location, and it was also great. My situation both times were emergency situations, but made arrangements to get me in and taken care of. I will say it sad to see a business with negative reviews after negative reviews. It was shocking how many one star negative reviews this place has. And they span years up to present time.
Great experience. They assisted at my time in need and I plan to continue my plan of care with this great team. From the front desk to the tech, hygienist, and the dentist (Dr Patel) were all great and professional. Answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I will not hesitate to continue may dental needs at this office.

I've read some of the negative reviews and am glad I did not read them before going there, or I might not have gone. I experienced professionalism and genuine kindness from everyone there. In addition, they have the most advanced equipment I've ever seen. It's nothing like it used to be going to the dentist. They create 3-D images of your teeth, and it's truly astounding. I called in Aspen Dental off Parmer/I35 having excruciating pain, and the office made arrangements to see me the same day. I was prepared to be told that I needed a lot of work to be done due to a number of reasons, negligence being the biggest one, and that's exactly what I was told by Dr. Aanvi.
