Awesome place. The staff really cares about you. I'm afraid of the dentist, so saying they are great means a great deal.
This dental office has poor customer service and poor communication. I would not recommend this dental office

Worse experience. I got bottom implement dentures. They would not stay in, so I had to glue them. They were so big and uncomfortable. What a waste of money. I ended up going to another dentist for the implants and paid again.

DO NOT GO HERE!! They put a temporary crown on for me and it lasted ONE HOUR! Before I had even had a meal.... then when I called to get my tooth emergency fixed, they had one opening that was in the middle of the workday. I explained to them I cannot just miss work and they basically told me that sucks for me and they're not going to help me. BUT WAIT THERE'S more, weeks later I go in to get my permanent crown put on and they LOST MY CROWN. How does that even happen?? pls go elsewhere.

Avoid this dentistry if you like your money. They claim to contact your insurer but don't and bill you upfront in order to be seen for a (covered) exam for example. They balance bill you for amounts above their contractual agreement with your insurer is a violation of contract. They do not inform you that certain procedures will/won't be covered and threaten months of wait time in order to proceed with a predetermination. I went in for dentures about 10 yrs ago was the worst experience I have ever had. I got an upper plate it was to big for my mouth, it had burs on the plate that dug into my gums and I looked like a horse. I never got to wear them and as told that was the best they cld do I wld highly recommend no none use them. Sad part is they r still in my drawer for 500 dollars im very disappointed. Quality was not good either. What they should have did is remake them
Absolutely terrible. My mother in law called asking for x ray papers. She went out all the way to beaverton in person to go sign papers to release them to her. An entire week later she is still having to deal with processing those papers. They told her she had to wait 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS for a computer to send an email to a computer when she called asking why she hadn't received it. The woman was rude and unsympathetic. My mother in law will be waiting even longer to be able to fix her teeth because y'all can't send an email.

To be fair, SOME of their staff are nice. those are the last charitable words I will ever say about aspen Dental. I have a strong gag reflex. While getting impressions of my teeth, I asked that the extra material from the center of the mold be removed so it wouldn't be smooshed towards my uvula and choke me. The first woman refused. She shoved the mold into my mouth and choked me, making me throw up. When I complained that she should have listened to me, she TURNED HER BACK ON ME and pretended she couldn't hear me. ... read more
Just got a call from Aspen Dental trying to get me to schedule an appointment for my "treatment ". I have no insurance so went in a couple of months ago since they said free X-rays and a discount without insurance. I just needed my teeth cleaned and have very good oral care. X-rays showed no cavities and exam said minimal gum issues and I needed a cleaning not even a deep cleaning. When I meet with the office manager the cost was over $700.00.
