Worked with company for a few months to get the title of my car transferred and auto loan refinanced. After mounds of paperwork and contacting people/employers, they randomly sent back the title to my car and denied my loan after they said it was approved many times. I could hardly get in contact with anyone after they transferred my specialist 3 times. Terrible company.
I applied to refinance my vehicle through this company after finding them on ****** *****. I applied online and was approved for a refinance loan that essentially halved my current loan's interest rate so I was pretty excited. After I applied for the loan, they asked for several documents, all of which I submitted on their website. They called me 4 weeks ago, to tell me I was approved for a loan. It sounded to good to be true. I still pursued this offer. I signed the same paper work three times as they kept looking it. They NEVER answer the phone even after leaving numerous messages. I still don't have the loan.. Not sure what's going on.. DONT DO BUSSINES WITH AUTOPAY!
This company seems to be extremely shady. They gather your information like a legitimate business then proceed to avoid your calls, schedule appointments they do not keep, and provide no information back to you. After 14 days I withdrew from the application process. If all the loan reps are like Jackson, run away from this company.
This is the longest process I still have no end in site. We started the process 5/19/21 wanting a lower interest rate everything got finished and approved. Now since then I have been told waiting for lender to pay I have refinance a vehicle or two and I also work for a dealership and it never takes this long. So I applied for refinancing. Got approved almost immediately. My "agent" or whatever you'd like to call her was Vivian. Run around after run around. Never spoke of the extra extended warranty payments. Refused to send me an email with the numbers (NOT YOUR DOCUSIGN CRAP). Was rude. Didn't listen when I stated I worked from 11am-11pm, and left at 10 to go to work. Called me between 6:30-7:30PM my time continuously. Asked again for na email of the numbers, was again refused. Paid off my loan and they sent me the title to a DIFFERENT vehicle. I have in my possession the title to someone else's car. I contacted them about their screw up and they admitted to losing the title to my vehicle. It's been MONTHS of trying to get my title and every time I call I get the run around. Don't waste your time with this company.
The only offers received were for a HIGHER interest rate than I currently pay. Very misleading that you say lower your payment as well. Who wants to add another 7-1/2 years on a 7 year old car???!!!??? Waste of time. Let’s not forget the hard pull on credit. Completely disappointed in the company and ****** *****for recommending them.
Hardly anything was explained to me up front I feel like it's like pulling teeth just trying to get refinanced it's really honestly not worth going through all the trouble. It's been almost 2 months back and forth and definitely going with another loan holder. I wish I would have checked the reviews on the better Business bureau because this is absolutely ridiculous and not okay.
