Application falsified I filled in some forms inquiring about what the potential rates I would rate. They let Syed this as an application and pulled my credit. I purposefully did not provide my social security number because I specifically didn’t want my credit pulled until we discussed potential. So I am frustrated they were able to pull my credit without a ss#. After I asked the customer service to delete my application I received an email saying g they did a soft pull and I don’t qualify for any of their reign options.

Selling lies I have been trying to contact them for weeks to close the deal and no one answers, they took all my personal information, my data, my signatures and nothing happened, they never contacted me again, I tried to call their agent OMAR FOX and he doesn't answer the calls, THEY PROMISE YOU THINGS THEY DON'T DELIVER AND THEY OFFER YOU "A LIE BUSINESS" I do not recommend them at all, very bad service

Rude person I went to go do the auto refinance and was going to do it. We decided to go another direction that would save us the same on interest but a lower monthly payment. When I informed the loan person her response was the following “ Okay, I guess going from a 20% to a 14% and saving over 5k is nothing for you. No worries, I closed out your file for you. I'd recommend checking out a local credit union. Have fun at Disney! I won't be here so don't reach back out to me. :)”

It’s a Spam and Fake Do not trust them! My credit was ran twice after be told I was approved and I would have 2 lenders calling me within 24-48 hours, but I received a email stating that I wasn’t approved. So not only I was not approved, but my credit score dropped even more! I really don’t appreciate that.

Disrespectful representation After I submitted my application, it took an unacceptably long time for him to reach out to me—almost two weeks, which is far longer than expected in this competitive market. Ripoff Went through everything then the rep wanted SS number over the phone I said already gave it in the app she was very rude not professional and then sent a interest state higher payment higher STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE Credit Karma should be ashamed to have a place like this on their site.

Disappointment We were under the impression that our credit would be checked one time and submitted to multiple lenders, but that was not the case We have hard inquiries by multiple lenders and it plummeted our credit score. We submitted all documents that were requested, and went through a long process only to be disappointed.. Steer clear of this company!!!!
