Choose Another Company Honestly, the worst experience working with a refinancing company ever with one small exception. They got me a great bank with a great APR. BUT it wasn’t worth the headache of dealing with them. I wasn’t able to drive my vehicle for FIVE WEEKS because of their title department. One week, I could maybe stretch BUT FIVE?! Come on. Get it together, title department.
Running around in circles I don’t even know where to start with this company. I was working with a loan officer and she was able to get in contact with multiple companies that pulled my credit. I was told that I was approved for one company . She sent over the paper work and everything had me to sign it , I brought it to a notary and paid 135$ to get all of the the documents notarized thinking that’s I was approved. They keep this up they can hurt a lot of people They told us that we were approved gave us the do date and the payment amount thin 2 weeks later told us we were not approved
Terrible Told me they got me approved, Sean did, called me everyday for a week. Told me I had an approval and it was the last day to call . Called and he told me they did not have an approval after that. Then said I did but my rate was higher than what I have now when I have better credit. Scam, and they never pulled my credit either so I guess they lie
Very Nice, but bad info Ended up costing me more to refinance because they failed to disclose certain information. Not I have to sell the car to avoid further damage. You are better off just doing this yourself
Be aware of their shady practices Im not sure how they got my info but i was in the process of getting a vehicle when they called me about the loan. They pulled my credit but wont tell me the rates until i actually buy the vehicle.
Lack of communication Not happy . I still have not heard anything after 2 weeks of turning in all my paperwork. I messaged in last week to which they said loan company was behind... negative date no nothing.
LIARS! Liars!! Got my pre approval in the mail These people will run your credit 100 times just to offer higher interest rates. Very dishonest I had to call them back every day for a week. Credit score is 685. Worst way to spend your time Won’t save a penny
Horrible experience Talked to somebody about refinancing my vehicle. The guy ended up telling me that there were some lender’s interested. Few days later got an email saying that I wasn’t approved.
