Refinance case They approved me for $6500. Then the next day they said the minimum loan amount was $7500 so I would have to take gap insurance for$1000 but could cancel after one payment. That is unethical. I didn't take the loan.
Frustrating!. I inquired about lowering my interest rate and monthly payment. The guy nqmed Tyler was only interested in selling me Gap insurance and an extended warranty. When i was teling6him i didn't want those he kept talking over and to where i jad to hang up on him. Then he called me nack, left me a message saying if I didnt get those then they couldn't help me and he was deleting my file. I will NEVER use them !
Horrible Several attempts over 3 weeks yielded nothing. The rep kept submitting applications that were denied, something I feel she should have known based on knowledge of lender criteria. I kept getting docs to sign, then "Voided" emails because she had no idea what she was doing. It was confusing and frustrating. Look elsewhere!. I had to call to find out they needed more information from me. Then I had to call to find out I said not to continue with the loan. Worth noting, no one ever contacted me to tell me anything about the loan. They hit my credit for literally no reason.
Diesel owners avoid this company.. Diesel owners know your truck isn't worthless after 150,000 miles. Apparently autopay doesn't know that. You can't even apply to refinance a vehicle with over 150k miles.
No offer available.. This offer came up on the Credit Karma site. So I clicked on the link. I uploaded the documents. A few days go by and nothing. I recheck and I get a message, "This application has been canceled. If you are interested in financing please start a new application." So I call. The gentleman on the phone says there is no offer available to me.
They discriminate because of age they wanted a cosigner I have great credit pay my bills on time in fact I pay him ahead of time I want to reduce my car payment what's the car is worth more than I want to borrow
Liers!. The rates they advertise are NOT what they give you at all! I tried to refinance my car and they say I would be saving almost 6k, send papers by mail but when I was going to sing I read the loan and I was going to pay more they the loan I have now!!! When I confronted them they say it was because of a engine warranty, like who wants to refinance to pay more!!!! They're very shady and they lie about your score!!! DO NOT GET THIS COMPANY!!!!!
This company is a nightmare.. This company is a lie. They advirtise one apr and then when you get it. They hit you with a different number. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUD COMPANY.
