Poor communication They have an actual policy in place that means they will not call you, the only way to find out what is happening is to call them. They also don't tell you about this policy unless you complain. That is a RIDICULOUSLY poor customer communication policy.
Beware Got approved, signed paperwork, paid a deposit of almost a grand, required GAP insurance no big deal, left hanging for over two months. I got approved 6/30, paid my deposit 7/17, it is now 8/21 and my credit score has gotten better since I applied. Can't get a hold of the rep who handled my file, called the main line today to see where my deposit is since I was told the loan actually didn't actually go through, but they can't give me a reason why and my file hasn't been notated by my rep. They did not want to help me Everything looked good on the surface, but once the application process started, it was clear that this company did not really want to help me, but was trying to get me to agree to odd things, most likely so they could collect extra fees. I was clearly told my monthly payment, with 50 months left, would drop by nearly 100 dollars. I was instead offered a new 72 month loan, with a reduced payment of around 50 dollars. Never started Did all the work for application and they ghosted me. Thanks for the hard credit inquiry only to ghost me and advise they didn't have an offer when I had to call them because they wouldn't call me. Complete WASTE OF TIME.
TERRIBLE!!!. Don't waste your time! They expect a large down and the interest rate isn't good either!ONETHING STANDS OUT AND THAT IS THEY PULL A HARDCOPY THAT DOES EFFECT YOUR CREDIT WHEN IT STATES ON THE SITE THAT ONLY A SOFT INQUIRY WILL BE NEEDED AND IT WONT EFFECT YOUR CREDIT WHICH IS A TOTAL LIE!!!!!!
Easy to apply for easy process.. Don't miss the initial call or they label you as unreachable. I have tried for about a week to return the call to include a call back minutes after the initial call and keep getting no returns even with a number of voicemails left by me and zero returns on their end. Speak to people then get told you have a loan officer assigned but with no luck actually speaking them. Phones calls are ended and not on my end but as if they picked up and then hung the phone up. Fake reviews I'm sorry to say but nearly half these 5 star reviews are faked. . . You can tell by the wording of most of them. Im on the fence about this... But I kinda feel like it's to good to be true... It probably is. I may look on Google for other reviews and BBB as well . Maybe even search on FB to see what is being said.
