Horrible These people are clowns. No responses to customer requests. I sent them countless pieces of private info that ended up in the ether. The whole company seems like a scam.
I don’t think this true I believe that the company will state that it will refinance your loan yet it may leave stuck holding on to unpaid payments you are told not to pay doing the process. I don't believe that any of these companies are legitimate in the first place. They are more of a rip off than the initial loan itself.

Scam i keep getting notified to refinance my car loan because my credit score has increased 175 points since i got the car a little over a year ago with perfect on time payments. so i was like what the heck i will apply. i have 16 months of on time payments on all my accounts, trying to rebuild my credit. credit score of 645 now. no collections. i wasimmediately denied. this was a joke!!!!!!!!!!!
No Response I applied for an Autopay refinance loan after Credit Karma kept suggesting them. After days with no response, I finally got an email saying they couldn't help me, but they never said why. No biggie, I thought. Fast forward to a few months later...Credit Karma kept suggesting them and saying I had a really good chance of approval. So I figured, why not? Misleading, run away Recieved an offer to refinance from credit karma, "accept offer" was what the preapproved banner read. When I submitted everything, it took 48 hours for Robert to reach out to me only to advise maybe a credit union can assist locally. Mind you, I had a preapproved offer and that was the only reason i applied. Now my 720 credit score dropped to 710 for nothing. Avoid this company!. If you're considering an auto refinance stay away from this company. Their customer service is awful. Their reps are very nonresponsive. The process takes much longer than they claim. It's been three weeks since I started the application and we're still not finished.
Not worth my time.. The rate offered online doesn't even compare to what they offered over the phone. What a joke.
No response at ALL NOT even a denial.. I applied after viewing this on my credit karma app have even sent them an email after not receiving a response at all. Even after emailing this company I still have not heard from them.
