Poor communication I applied for this refinance loan (Trying to save myself some money). Once I uploaded the required documents, I had to call the company a few days later (despite the fact that they clearly state on their site that you will be notified within 24 hours for a decision). I was told by a customer representative, (who clearly did not know how to do their job) that I will need to put a deposit down before they could refinance my car loan. After they approve me they made send they documents to them and waste My time and money and run my credit they said the back didn't approve me. My credit score is 780 and I have 100% of payments made on time and the agent call you and says I can do nothing about it. Don't go with what Credit Karma second you it's all false ads and when its comes to reality it's a waste of time and money.
Fake reviews, and misleading information This company uses open reviews which should be a tell tell sign that someone anyone customer or not can leave a review at any time. That being said this company provides a lender look up service and then adds in cost to it. Be warned they will run your credit ALOT!!!! Remember they are not lenders but more of a lending hunter service. Do yourself a favor and find a solid loan company without tanking your credit for the next 2 years.
Horrible customer service. Called me about my application at 9pm stating that was the 3rd call. It was the first. At the same time someone was texting me asking if I was a practicing Christian to be a member of a faith based credit union. Next morning I call to withdraw my application and Terrence asked no questions, told me he would take care of it and hung up on me.

Nope They see you're making on time payments with your current loan and have fine credit but will still deny you. Don't waste your time.
I received a call from Autopay after filling out the online application. I was briefly distracted by the "great news" that they could lower my rate by almost half. They stated that my payment would be lowered by $18 a month but that they wanted to extend my loan term to 63 months. Hmm, that doesn't sound right. Lowering my interest rate that much should've made my payment lower, especially when they wanted to extend my loan almost another year. Even with their $345 loan fee this did not make sense.
