From what I see here, doesn't sound good I have not done this, thought about it. Then I read reviews where this company did not pay the original company in full and the customer ended up with two auto payments. While this would lower my payment, it would extend the term for 8 months!! No thanks, I will stay with who I have now!!
They waited two weeks to tell me my application is canceled and they couldn't help me when it says 24 hours after you submit application. I'll just rather go through a bank of credit union seeks more legit. It was a complete waste of time because they really could of told me that sooner. Don't get your hopes up.
Beware!. Applied and was denied almost 2 weeks ago. Since then, 4 other companies (so far) have run my credit. I did NOT authorize this company to run my credit! Their site specifically states that there will not be a hard inquiry to "check rates", which I never even got. I've called and emailed them, and gotten no response. Lenders continue to run my credit. Had a new one this morning. I have no idea how to make it stop. What a nightmare! They are ruining my credit!!
Its all lies I kept getting pre qualification letters om mail and on my email time I chose to do it was lies they wanted $7000 downpayment.
This company is full of bias and lies Credit karma recommends them like every other company when you apply find out it's all bull
Not as advertised bunch of baloney Do not waste your time not worth the time it takes to fill out application and send pictures of proof documents
3rd party, they help find you a loan Customer service sucks, I asked for a supervisor and never spoke to one or called me back! They leave you on hold and don't let you know what's going on, seems like they are not well trained in communicating with the customer why would credit karma recommend this is beyond me!
I spoke to the rep a couple times. And then because she called a couple times when I was out and twice when I was in an online class, she said I must not be interested. I called back EVERY TIME and had to leave a message. She gave up real easy.
Vary bad company waited months to hear from them got an email asking for more info send in info waited weeks just to call them and find out they couldn't do anything months ago would never recommend this company
