Bait and switch I responded to a preapproved refinance offer from AutoPay because the said they could get get me a loan at a rate ~9% lowere than my current and a payment close to $200 less per month. After struggling to submit the online application, I had to call and give all my information over the phone to apply. A few days later, I had to call to follow up on the status of my application. Credit Fix I was seriously in need of a credit repair service. I had 5 eviction hearings (one is a duplicate) on my rental history report. They were all zero balances. Credit Help I am a disabled veteran, my benefits from the federal government are below the poverty level set by them.
