Horrible refinance company The suck communication is horrible Austin is trash
Watch out for hidden fees and terms Was looking to lower my interest rate. They came back with a lower interest rate but tacked on an extra 32 months of financing and my financed total was higher due to their fees and throwing in gap insurance for a car which is worth more than Kelly blue book value. Very sad that Credit Karma recommended this company to me. Lost my trust in Credit Karma.
Nightmare You will pay so much in fees that it will set you back months. I got refinanced for a better rate. But almost 2 thousands dollors more was added to the principal. This has set me back months in extra payments that I had been making with my original lender. I do not recommend
You have been approved... sorry we can't approve y The secret is out. They will not tell you that it is required to provide 2 years of tax returns to prove your income. A bank statement showing deposits is not valid... wow.
I'd rather eat dirt than deal with them again. I tried to refinance my Escape. I'm very busy running two businesses. They have had my info and title for months and will not return my emails. They are very unprofessional texting and calling continously to get the information. But once it was done they said my credit was locked which it wasn't. I was looking at it when I was talking to them. They sent the first paperwork and it was the wrong person. Now I have no title. And no way to get it refinanced till I get the title made... read more
Nit good business model. Be aware. They will run your credit through five different bank and will cost you double digit credit score. Very inefficient business practice. Don’t apply!
High pressure sales While I did end up saving money refinancing.. Being threatened by the sales agent was really pathetic. *Almost* made me leave 7grand on the table and walk
Disappointed I only looked at this based on Credit Karma's recommendation. Autopay told me that they were putting together a contract, but never provided any terms. Kept asking me to text them, even when I said that I didn't want to communicate via text. Disappointed that Credit Karma recommended this company.
Don't waste your time All bs* their offers through credit karma are fake. They aren't a real lender and will shop you around with nothing better to offer than your current loan.
