Awful to work with We went to refinance our loan through auto pay after them saying we were approved to refinance and that they would get my fiancé on the car loan and remove his mother who was originally my cosigner because of her income. Very bad experience As soon as I asked to exclude all the trash coverages they just declined my application without any explanation. Not transparent offers, had to ask several times to receive actual numbers that I was interested in. Lot of positive reviews here so maybe I was unlucky with the agent they provided me but it is what it is. Very bad experience.
Not worth the hard hit on your report!. Just because credit karma recommends and based on your approval odds, don't count on it. They are quick to text/phone you while they get all your info, tell you it's looking good, then ghost you till you receive in the old mail form of a reason for denial. Still haven't received it btw.
wack was told i was preapproved and then came back to say they could not find a lender to give me a lower rate. NOt sure what the discrepany between credit karma and them are when it comes to my credit.
Do your own math I was offered a great new rate and everything seemed OK. Agent kept pushing for personal information and wouldn't provide any information in writing. Took time to plug in numbers to a loan calc - turns out they were trying to loan me 50% more than what I owed!$1500 engine protection plan despite being covered by a more comprehensive manufacturer warranty!Had I refinanced with Autopay, I'd have paid $5000 more than what I'll pay with my current lender.
They don’t even get a stair stay away!!. All they do is telll you what you want to hear. They say your approved and have you fill out and sign paperwork. That your not even approved for. My credit was not even that bad. But after autopay they ran my creator with so many people it furt my credit. With all the inquiries on it. It takes two years for these inquiries to come off your credit if either in your car is not even worth refinancing the loan. Falsely advertised approval Don't believe a word they say, just leading you on to make money off of you.
DENIED. No one ever reached out. I had to call twice to check status then rep gave me wrong information and I had to tell him what was right! Wasn't worth the ding in my credit.
horrific Experience I was approved got my papers notarized $30 had to run around mail them ! then 7 days later im waiting say sorry we couldn't help you! try again next time what kind company cant make decisions worst customer service don't recommend fake news! i will never do business with you again!
