will never get back to you applied, was told i was denied by email. yet a week later by mail i got my approval? called and was told someone would reach out to start the process. never heard anything. created a account submitted all the paperwork needed. never got any other form of response. email/calling gets you no where. why would you wanna refinance with a company that cant even be bothered to get back to you?
You don't get told everything with hopes you won't read everything and hurry you through the process before you know it you have something you didn't want and I was very specific about my needs and wants and they don't care I will be refinancing through another company and will never use them again
Deceiving Will pretend you are approved, and then hit you with multiple har dinquiries dropping your crdit and deny you. My credit was mid to high 600's up from 500 during my original loan. Absolutely would not recommend.
Great company....not!. Read other people said it's fake, so wanted to see for myself. I applied, got approved and they paid off my loan for me and sent me title to my car and I owe them nothing. Thanks autopay!!!
Just a fake review Oh, well how did you think I got here? I didn't get the loan. I didn't apply. Makes you wonder how many of these reviews are fake.

DONT USE AUTO PAY!!. I was approved on 10/08/2020, no payment due untill 12/08/2020, so I payed off my credit card . 10/16/2020 all of a sudden they need my check stubs for the last 30 days! This is after all paperwork regarding title & everything fed ex to them. I sent my pay stubs & got a call saying we can't approve you because your income isn't high enough!!!!! Soo I now have to get a loan just to make my regular car payment that is due tomorrow, that they new about!!!
Credit Karma will let ANYONE leave a rev NEVER used the service like others have posted...so yeah, the company can't literally leave its own positive reviews to coerce you into their service, be leery fellow consumers. Also CK scoring system is bunk and off 20 Ltd or more than most banks view your score...do your homework, CK is simply an advertising firm that stelae your pertinent and precious personal info and income to the highest bidder and YOU let them 🤷🏼♂️🙅🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️
